Go back to the UCP, then set a new password on Sonarr. Once selected, click Restore and wait for a few moments. Click Choose file and navigate to your Sonarr Backup. On your newly installed Sonarr instance, go to System -> Backup Click Restore backup. Please let me know if you need any additional info. Click your newly created Backup to download it to your PC.

Update: Importing works as expected with Radarr.Īs far as drives go, this is the same setup as before my OS crashed - files download onto my SSD and then when complete, get moved to the raid array. Transmission downloads to /mnt/canaryssd/Downloads and SAB downloads to /mnt/canaryssd/Downloads - neither can import.I have restarted sonarr (and my server) repeatedly throughout this process.

I can successfully add both the source and destination under “Import Existing Series on Disk”.I can successfully copy and move files as sonarr’s user using su - sonarr.if you do that then when sonarr asks transmission where the file is, and it says /downloads/completed/video. I’ve tried various ownership, including sonarr:sonarr. Now, the issue is that I am looking to move to a better spec NVMe SSD seedbox - with UltraCC, so the exact same OS and version of Sonarr to avoid any issues when restoring from a backup zip file. if you want it to talk to sonarr, and for sonarr to understand you must map /downloads in sonarr to the same place you did in transmission.Each mount and all dirs/files is set to 777, and files owned by nobody:canary (sonarr belongs to the canary group).Source and destination are two different drives.I’ve done research on the error but haven’t found anything useful. The basic error it throws is Couldn't import episode /mnt/canaryssd/NzbDownloads/complete/.mkv: Access to the path is denied. I’m currently having an error with Sonarr being able to import files.
